RaeAnne Hebnes, PE
SpikeFork, LLC is a woman-owned business that provides professional engineering and construction management services. RaeAnne Hebnes, PE, SpikeFork, LLC's office manager, is an experienced engineer and leader specializing in transportation and site design projects throughout Alaska. She has also worked on on-site development and access considerations on the north slope. She understands some places in Alaska are still only accessible by helicopter. She is a successful leader who is excellent at managing people, schedules, projects, and customer relationships.
Steven Hebnes, PE, CCM
Steven Hebnes, PE, CCM, a member, and our lead project manager, was born and raised in Alaska and has worked in over 50 rural communities only accessible by planes or boats from the North Slope to the Panhandle, Aleutians, and many places in between. Steven has specialized in sanitation projects (Water, Sewer, and Rural Landfills) and site design projects for rural schools and public facilities. His unique experience in design and construction provides a business that can operate as an owner representative - project manager and assists owners in managing all aspects of their projects, from planning to design, construction, and cost controls.
